Challenge: The Competition Authority needed to modernise its case management system to handle growing volumes of competition, consumer protection, and merger cases. Legacy systems were siloed and lacked proper workflow automation.

Solution: Sibasi implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service as a case management platform, customised for the Authority's regulatory workflows. The system manages case intake, investigation tracking, hearing schedules, and compliance monitoring.

Challenge: Concern Worldwide's Kenya office was running critical systems on ageing on-premise servers with limited disaster recovery. They needed a secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and a modern monitoring and evaluation platform for their programmes.

Solution: Sibasi migrated Concern's infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, establishing proper backup and disaster recovery. We also deployed Monival, our M&E platform, to streamline programme monitoring across their Kenyan operations.

Challenge: Java House, one of Kenya's largest restaurant chains, needed a unified ERP system to manage finance, inventory, and supply chain across dozens of outlets. Disparate systems were causing reconciliation challenges and limited visibility into branch-level performance.

Solution: Sibasi implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with custom extensions for multi-location inventory management, supplier procurement, and financial consolidation. The system integrates with their POS platform for seamless transaction capture.
